About Shelley

Shelley Galbreath understands the demands today’s woman faces and the dreams which are oftentimes forgotten. A woman who lost sight of her own dreams amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Shelley was finally forced to slow down and reevaluate her lifestyle with the onset of a chronic illness.
"I was forced to simplify and ask myself some very soul-searching questions. What are my dreams and goals? What have I always wanted to do that’s never been accomplished?
Once I began looking inside and answering these questions honestly, God led me on a journey to discovering my authenticity and in doing so, I uncovered and achieved my forgotten dream—writing," Shelley explains.

Shelley is a freelance writer and copywriter with a diverse background, publishing over 1000 articles in a variety of magazines and newspapers in addition to writing content for several web sites. She regularly writes for Fort Wayne Newspapers and Business People, as well as some national print publications.

"My ultimate writing aspiration is to share God’s wisdom with women who are tired and worn, offering them the hope and joy that God gave me through other Christian women and, ultimately, through His Word," said Shelley. "I want to help women find and follow God’s calling for their lives."
